How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and every parcel is tracked — you'll get the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Where are you based?

Paw Joy Pets is Australian-owned and run from Victoria, and our customer support is here in Australia — we reply within 1 business day. To keep prices fair, products ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a local courier.

What if it's not right for my pet?

You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund on unused items in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to post it back.

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page includes a size guide where sizes apply. For harnesses and beds, measure your pet and size up if they're between sizes. Not sure? Send us your pet's breed and weight through the Contact page and we'll recommend one.

How can I pay?
